TT Hybrid

A comprehensive group class designed to increase aerobic conditioning while at the same time developing anaerobic power output through strength training with both power lifts (squat, deadlift, press) and Olympic lifts (snatch, clean + jerk). By combining those different types of exercise into one comprehensive design, we can meet our client's individual goals.

Test Workout

Strength

Back Squats: 5 sets of 3
Perform 1 set every two minutes. Build in weight over the 5 sets, to a heavy set of 3 reps.

Conditioning

15 mins to perform as many rounds and reps of:
15 power cleans
15 pull-ups
Prescribed weights: 95# for males, 65# for females

Barbell

Barbell classes are only offered under the TT Fitness Unlimited membership. The focus of this class is to slow down, use selected strength and hypertrophy training, and create high-power, explosive Olympic weight movements.

3 sets: 3 muscle snatches
3 Over head squats

3 snatch grip sotts presses

Olympic Lifting Percentage Work

Perform 1 repetition every 90 seconds:
4 squat snatches at 50%
4 squat snatches at 60%
3 squat snatches at 70%
2 squat snatches at 80%
1 rep at 85%
1 rep at 90%

Accessory Work

4 sets of 2 snatch grip deadlifts at 120% of max snatch

Nutrition

Do you struggle with your diet? Do you struggle losing or keeping weight off? Are you looking for personal one on one help on your nutrition? Do you need accountability to stay on track? Do you need a more customized plan made for you and your goals? Do you get confused about what you should and shouldn't do when it comes to eating healthy? We can set you up with a nutrition coach to create sustainable habits and help you reach your nutrition goals.

MON – FRI: 5:30AM, 6:30 AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM.*
SAT: 9:00AM, 10:00AM
TT HYBRID not offered at 6:30PM on Fridays.*

Barball

TUES + THURS: 6:30PM
On Tuesdays and Thursdays members have the opportunity of participating in either a Barbell or TT Hybrid workout.

How long is a normal class?

Classes are 1 hour.

How many people are in each class?

Classes have a cap of 14 people.

Is there personal training?

We run group fitness classes throughout the day, but we have coaches who work individually with clients. You let us know your goals and we will connect you with one of our coaches who do personal training.

Which program is right for me?

It depends on your goals. We would love to talk to you more to be able to better understand what you are hoping to get from the gym and can advise you which program(s) would be good fits.

Should I be Nervous?

It’s completely normal to feel uneasy or nervous about entering a new gym. We get it. But we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. The hardest part sometimes is just showing up for the first time. Do it! We will be here to meet you and be with you!

Do you have showers and a changing room?

Yes, we have 2 locker rooms/bathrooms, one male, one female. Both with 2 showers.

Do I need any special clothing or equipment?

All you need are comfortable clothes, training/gym/running shoes, and a water bottle if you want! We provide everything else you will need.

Can I try a class before getting a membership?

Join our 9am Saturday class, open to all and free for the community. To become a gym member, begin with a consult. We'll discuss your fitness journey and goals, share our gym's culture, and conduct a movement assessment. Our aim is to make you feel known, seen, and heard through meaningful conversations.

Do I need to be in shape to try a class?

Absolutely not! At Top Tier, we focus on your health and well-being. We tailor workouts to your fitness level, adjusting weights, rounds, and exercises as needed. With time, we'll challenge you appropriately. Come ready to learn and put in the effort, and we'll help you achieve your goals.
